The concept of resilient deployment includes executing strategic activities through an
agreed-upon project schedule with a clear understanding of how every item ties back to
the organization’s mission. Specific examples of immediate priorities based upon long
and short-term planning are shared. Objectives that are aligned across all business units
are part of an annual operating plan. The current year objectives are included in an
annual scorecard with quantitative and qualitative components. Suggestions on how to
