Operational resilience isn’t just a buzzword, it’s the foundation for long-term organizational success. On Wednesday, May 21, 2025, I had the honor of serving as an OP3 Ambassador and speaking at their Lunch & Learn Session on Operational Resilience.
As I shared during the session, and explored in depth in my book, Excellence in Operational Resilience, one of the most critical, yet often overlooked, components of resilience is alignment with the external agencies and partners we depend on. These connections are essential to ensuring business continuity and were a cornerstone of my team’s success.
The session, titled “Turning Risks into Opportunities,” brought together professionals from across industries for an engaging discussion focused on:
- Benchmarking best practices in resilience and risk management
- Exchanging real-world ideas and lessons learned
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement
It was a fantastic opportunity to connect, learn, and advance the conversation around resilience strategies in today’s evolving landscape.
